We’ll chat through your goals and once I’ve got the full picture, I’ll give you a realistic quote based on the size and scope of your new website - no mystery pricing, no BS.

You’ll sign the contract, send your first payment, and officially claim your spot on my design calendar.
Prework & Prep
Before design begins, I’ll walk you through a streamlined prep process to help me understand your business, your style, and what your dream clients need to see.
Everything’s broken into bite-sized steps. We’ll work around your schedule (within reason - I know how busy season hits, but we’ll keep things moving).
Kickoff & Design
We’ll kick things off with a strategy call to align on content, visuals, and voice.
Then design officially begins! I’ll build out the homepage first and once it's been perfected, we'll move through the rest of the site! You’ll review everything using a super simple online markup tool that keeps feedback organized and easy.
Launch Time!
Once your new site is approved, I’ll make the final tweaks and assist with migration & launch. It’s a quick and guided process on your end - no tech stress required.
Need support? I’ll use my Showit Design Partner powers to handle communication with the Showit team so you don’t have to touch a help ticket.
Support & Beyond
After we launch, you’ll get 3 weeks of post-launch support, a 60–90 minute training call to walk you through Showit and WordPress, and access to a resource hub full of tutorials and tips.

Let's address the elephant in the room, shall we? Sure, some people roll their eyes when they hear "AI," and I get it. It’s got a bad rap, right?
But here’s the deal: AI does NOT steal your voice or replace my creativity, it just helps me get to the good stuff faster.
It’s the Robin to my Batman, the Sam to my Frodo, the C3PO to my Leia.
It’s a tool in my kit, not a replacement for me (or you).
AI doesn’t steal content, it analyzes language patterns and uses complex models to generate original text. It’s like having a research assistant who pulls together ideas, but I’m the one refining it to make sure it matches your voice and style.
I'm in charge, always.
I handle the outlines, ideas, site structure and direction. AI helps me fine-tune the details by using its giant brain to analyze your business model and brand voice, but it’s not doing the work for me - it’s just helping speed up the process so I can get things right faster.
Its all about refinement.
Think of AI like C3PO... always ready with facts, but never quite the hero. It's not a fast process, either - My OCD kicks in and we argue about wording, structure and tone like bickering siblings. I've spent a whole day fine-tuning one page of copy just to get it right!
